About EngiFlow
We build for the people who actually go to site.
EngiFlow started inside a telecom contractor that was drowning in WhatsApp groups. It exists so engineering companies can run field operations with the same calm and evidence as their office ones.
Mission
Make every site visit self-documenting, so managers review instead of chase, and clients know instead of ask.
Vision
The default operating system for engineering field teams across Africa and beyond: the first thing a growing contractor sets up after their company name.
Our story
From a spreadsheet nobody trusted to a platform crews rely on.
In 2024 our founder was running 14 tower-maintenance crews for a telecom contractor. Every morning started the same way: three phone calls to find out where people were, a scroll through five WhatsApp groups for photos, and a spreadsheet update that was wrong by lunchtime.
The first version of EngiFlow was a check-in button and a report form built for that one company. Engineers used it because it was faster than typing in the group. Managers used it because the morning calls stopped. Clients noticed the reports arrived the same day, with photos.
Today EngiFlow runs projects, tasks, check-ins, custom reports, issues, documents, schedules and client portals for engineering companies across contracting, energy, telecoms, facilities and infrastructure. The design rule has not changed: if it doesn't work on a phone in a plant room, it doesn't ship.

How we work
Four rules we don't break.
Built for the site, not the office
If it doesn't work on a phone in a plant room with no signal, it doesn't ship.
Evidence over opinion
Timestamps, coordinates and photos settle arguments. We make capturing them effortless.
Calm for managers
The dashboard should answer the morning's questions before the phone rings.
Clients in the loop
Approved, reliable progress that clients can see builds the trust that wins repeat work.
Leadership
People who have run the sites.
Tunde Bakare
Founder & CEO
Ran field crews for a telecom contractor for nine years before building the tool he wished he'd had.
Adaeze Nwosu
Head of Customer Success
Former operations manager; leads onboarding and makes sure every rollout lands with the engineers, not just the office.
Daniel Okafor
Product Lead
Spent a decade shipping mobile software for logistics teams; obsessed with forms that take ninety seconds.
Ngozi Eze
Engineering Lead
Builds the platform with a bias for reliability: offline sync, tenant isolation and audit trails first.
Careers
We're a small team. We'll be hiring soon.
Engineers, designers and customer-success people who have spent time on site, or want to, should get in touch before the roles are posted.
