Privacy policy

EngiFlow ("we", "us") provides an engineering operations platform and this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website and the platform, why, and the choices you have. Questions: privacy@engi-flow.com.

When you request a demo, book a consultation, download the brochure, subscribe to the newsletter or contact us, we collect the details you enter (name, work email, company, phone, job title, company size, industry and your message), the page you submitted from, any UTM campaign tags, and technical details (IP address, browser) used to prevent abuse.

With your consent (see Cookies), we collect analytics data about how the site is used. Without consent we set only the cookies needed for the site to work.

Customers use EngiFlow to manage projects, tasks, check-ins, reports, issues, documents and client access. In doing so they upload data about their staff, sites and clients, including location data captured at check-in and check-out, photos and documents. For that data, the customer is the controller and EngiFlow is the processor, acting on the customer's instructions under our terms of service and data processing addendum.

We share data with service providers that host and run the platform (cloud infrastructure, email delivery, analytics where consented), under contracts that restrict their use of it. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

Website lead data is kept for as long as we have an active conversation with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact. Platform data is retained for the life of the customer's subscription and deleted or returned on request within 90 days of termination, subject to legal holds.

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email privacy@engi-flow.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Data is encrypted in transit, each customer's data is logically isolated, access is role-based and logged, and sessions are protected against cross-site request forgery. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected customers of any breach without undue delay.

We will post changes here and, for material changes, notify customers by email. The date at the top shows the current version.
