Terms of service

These terms govern use of the EngiFlow website and, together with an order form, the EngiFlow platform. By using either you agree to them. If you are entering these terms for a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

EngiFlow provides a hosted platform for managing engineering field operations, as described in the order form. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a plan during its term without notice.

You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping credentials confidential. You must not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to access other customers' data, or interfere with the service's operation.

You own the data you and your users put into the platform. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it to provide the service. We process personal data as a processor under our privacy policy and data processing addendum. You can export your data at any time.

Fees are a flat monthly subscription per company, payable in advance through our payment provider; each payment covers one month of access, and access pauses when a paid period ends without renewal. Late payment may lead to suspension after written notice. Fees exclude taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.

Subscriptions run for the term in the order form and renew unless either party gives notice as stated there. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. On termination we make your data available for export for 90 days, then delete it.

We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care and in line with our documentation. Otherwise the service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and each party's total liability under these terms is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, except for liability that cannot be limited by law, breach of confidentiality, or infringement of the other party's intellectual property.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and disputes are subject to the courts of Lagos State, unless an order form says otherwise. Neither party may assign these terms without consent, except to a successor in a merger or sale. If any provision is unenforceable the rest remains in effect.
