Introducing custom report types
Design the exact form your engineers should fill in, from safety inspections to delivery notes and handovers, and assign it per task.
Until now every EngiFlow report was the built-in daily progress report. It covers most site days, but a safety inspection or a client handover needs its own questions.
Managers can now build report types in Settings: sections, short and long text, numbers with limits, dates, dropdowns, checklists and yes/no questions, with required fields the engineer can't skip.
Assign the types a project uses, then pick the exact report each task requires. Engineers see that form, and only that form, when they file from site.
Answers appear in the review queue, in the client portal for approved reports, and in PDF and Excel exports on their own sheet.
